Refund will be made if written notification of cancellation is received by Ortra Ltd. as follows:
• Before March 1, 2020 – Full refund less $100 handling fee
• From March 1, 2020 until April 9, 2020 – 50% Refund
• From April 10, 2020 – No refund
For an additional fee of $50 per registrant, you can choose an enhanced cancellation/ refund option, allowing you to cancel your Accommodation and/ or Tourism Services reservation for any reason up to 12 noon Israel time (GMT+2) on May 02, 2020, and receive a full refund for your accommodation payments. If you choose this option, the additional $50 fee is non-refundable and must be paid within 7 days from the date of reservation and no later than March 01, 2020. Note that under this enhanced cancellation/ refund option, you will need to provide written notification of cancellation to: Ortra Ltd at cardiology@ortra.com by 12 noon Israel time (GMT +2) on March 01, 2020, in order to be eligible for the refund.
