Dear friends and colleagues,

The 71st Annual Conference of the Israel Heart Society, in collaboration with the Israel Society of Cardiothoracic Surgery, is scheduled for June 3-4, 2024, at the Expo Convention Center in Tel Aviv.

As in previous years, we are committed to preparing an engaging and informative annual conference. Unfortunately, this year’s preparations are overshadowed by the challenging times Israel is facing. Our medical teams are tirelessly working to provide the utmost care for our patients, while our hearts ache for the men, women, children, and babies injured, killed, or kidnapped in Gaza and their families.

We remain hopeful for a rapid resolution to the conflict, allowing us to continue our tradition of uniting the medical community. The conference will offer updates in medicine, innovations, and technology, supplemented by original scientific presentations and invited lectures. It will encompass various sub-specialties of cardiology and cardiac surgery. Parallel to the conference, an exhibition will showcase pharmaceutical companies and medical equipment manufacturers, displaying cutting-edge technologies in cardiac medicine.

This conference represents an invaluable opportunity for meaningful collaboration among colleagues from Israel and around the world, offering a chance to make a significant impact in our field.
