With a sense of relief and renewed hope, it is my honor to invite you to the 73rd Annual Conference of the Israel Heart Society, held in collaboration with the Israel Society of Cardiothoracic Surgery, on June 8–9, 2026, at the David InterContinental Tel Aviv.

This year’s conference comes at a meaningful moment, as Israel begins to emerge from a challenging period of war and uncertainty. In these months, we have once again witnessed the dedication, courage, and compassion of our medical community — physicians, nurses, technicians, and allied health professionals — who have stood steadfastly by their patients under extraordinary circumstances. On behalf of the Israel Heart Society and the Israel Society of Cardiothoracic Surgery, we extend our deepest appreciation for your tireless commitment and humanity. You are the beating heart of our healthcare system.

The upcoming conference will provide an opportunity to reconnect, share knowledge, and look ahead together. The program will feature the latest advances in cardiovascular medicine, innovative technologies, original research presentations, and invited lectures across all major sub-specialties of cardiology and cardiac surgery. A large exhibition of pharmaceutical and medical device companies will highlight cutting-edge innovations in the field.

As always, special sessions will be dedicated to residents and allied health professionals. Excellence awards and fellowship scholarships will be granted to outstanding residents and physicians, supporting the next generation of leaders in cardiovascular medicine.

This gathering will be not only a scientific event but also a celebration of resilience, collaboration, and renewal — a reminder of the strength and unity that define our professional community.
