Travel to Israel

Airport Transfers

In addition to the on-demand taxi service available at the airport, pre-arranged private transfers and VIP arrival escort services can be booked through the Conference Secretariat.

Taxi:

Licensed taxis operate 24/7 from designated stands outside the Arrivals Hall at TLV. Fares are regulated. Follow airport signage to the official taxi rank.

Train:

The airport train station is located beneath Terminal 3, adjacent to the Arrivals Hall area. Trains run to Tel Aviv stations, from which you may take a taxi or public transport to the hotel. Please check the official Israel Railways website or app for schedules.

Bus:

Public buses serve Ben-Gurion Airport from stops near Terminal 3. Routes and timetables may change—please verify via official transit apps/websites before traveling.

Car Rental:

Major car-rental companies operate at the airport. Counters are in the Arrivals Hall area. Availability and hours vary by provider.
