Plenary and special sessions (and abstracts by international presenters) will be presented in English.
Attending
Attendance is limited to registered and paid participants.
Name Badge
Participants are requested to wear their personal badges at all times.
Badges are required to enter the lecture halls, lunches, and the exhibition.
Exhibition
A commercial and professional exhibition will take place during the conference, in parallel with session hours.
Climate
June in Tel Aviv is warm (early summer). Dress will be informal throughout the conference. In addition, modest dress appropriate for visits to religious sites is recommended.
Currency
The unit of currency in Israel is the New Israeli Shekel (NIS). There are no restrictions on the transfer and use of foreign currencies in Israel. Most international credit cards are accepted.

Israel Time. In June (event dates) the local time is UTC/GMT +3 (daylight saving time).

Electricity
Electrical equipment in Israel is 220V A.C., single phase, 50Hz. Some appliances may require a plug adapter that can be purchased locally.

for some countries, a visa is required. It is the participant’s
responsibility to obtain a visa if required.
