Accommodation Cancellation Policy
Refund of payments made towards accommodation will be refunded if written notification reaches the Conference Secretariat, Ortra Ltd. as follows:
Cancellation received within 14 days from the date of registration (unless registration was made during 7 days prior to the conference) – Full refund.
If cancellation is received 15 days or more from the date of registration refund will be made as follows:
- Until April 21, 2025 – full refund with deduction of US$30 handling fee.
- From April 22-May 4, 2025 – 50% refund.
- From May 5, 2025 – No refund.
IMPORTANT NOTES
- Hotel reservations received without payment will not be processed.
- Written confirmation will be sent upon receipt of full payment.
- The conference program is subject to change without prior notice.
